1. Order Processing
- All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking details.
- Orders placed after 6 PM will be processed the next business day.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-Metro Locations: 5–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
(Delivery times may vary slightly during festivals, holidays, or sale periods.)
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
- For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee of ₹49 will be applied.
- COD (Cash on Delivery) may be available with a small handling fee.
4. Order Tracking
You can track your shipment anytime using the tracking link sent to your registered email or phone number.
If you face any issues with tracking, reach out to our support team for quick assistance.
5. Undelivered or Returned Orders
If your package is undelivered due to an incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or refusal at delivery, the order will be marked as Returned to Origin (RTO).
You may be required to pay reshipping charges for re-dispatch.
6. International Shipping
We currently ship only within India.
