1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

  • The product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return or exchange.


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products purchased during sale or clearance events.
  • Customized or limited-edition products.
  • Items showing signs of wear, stains, perfume, or damage caused by the customer.

3. How to Request a Return

  • Email us at support@aaishkaro.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include your order ID, reason for return, and clear photos (if defective/wrong product).
  • Once your request is approved, our team will share the return pickup details or the address to ship the item back.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • We have 7 day replacement and exchange policy if the replacement and exchange is accepted, the product will be delivered within 5 days
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit after confirmation.

5. Exchange Policy

If you’d like to exchange a product for a different size or style:

  • Mention your preference in the return email.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If unavailable, we’ll issue a refund or store credit as per your choice.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible — you can request a return after delivery.

7. Damaged or Wrong Product

In case you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

  • Contact us immediately (within 48 hours).
  • Share pictures and order details with us for verification.
  • We’ll arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
